Marketing Prompts

Offer-to-CTA prompts for launches, ads, landing pages and win-backs. Each prompt forces the audience and the promise into the open before the copy starts.

The launch email
Product: [PRODUCT]. Audience: [WHO]. The one job it does: [JOB]. Write a launch email: subject (under 45 chars), preview text, 120-word body, one CTA. Plain-spoken, numbers over adjectives.
Ad variants, three angles
Write three versions of a paid ad for [PRODUCT]: angle 1 = pain, angle 2 = identity, angle 3 = proof. Each: primary text under 90 words + headline under 30 chars. Audience: [WHO].
Landing hero, five options
For [PRODUCT] for [WHO] whose current fix is [ALTERNATIVE], write five landing heroes: headline (6-10 words), subhead (under 20 words), CTA (3 words max). Rank them by specificity.
Win-back without groveling
Write a win-back email to users who churned after week one. Acknowledge, offer one concrete improvement we shipped since: [FEATURE], and one clear reason to return now. Under 110 words, zero guilt-trips.
The objection sweep
List the five strongest reasons [WHO] would NOT buy [PRODUCT]. For each, write one line of copy that answers it honestly — no spin, or flag where the product is weak.
Feature to benefit ladder
Take this feature: [FEATURE]. Build the benefit ladder: what it does → what that enables → what that means for [WHO] on their worst day. End with a one-line positioning statement.
Social post that earns the stop
Write an organic post for [PLATFORM] about [TOPIC] for [WHO]: first line must work as a hook, 80-140 words total, one takeaway worth saving, zero hashtags unless native to the platform.
Cold message that respects time
Cold message to [ROLE] at [COMPANY TYPE]: under 90 words, one sentence of context, one sentence of specific value, one low-friction ask. No flattery, no “hope this finds you well”.
Pricing page talk track
For a [PRICE] plan that includes [FEATURES], write the pricing-page blurb: who it is for, what it replaces (with the real cost of that), and the one-line guarantee. Under 90 words.
Referral ask that converts
Write a referral ask for happy [WHO] customers: remind them of their win (use [RESULT]), offer [INCENTIVE], make forwarding effortless. Under 80 words, warm not salesy.
Content angle finder
My product: [PRODUCT]. My audience’s favorite publication: [PUB]. Give me ten article angles that would fit that publication and still lead naturally to my product.
Testimonial → ad copy
Here are three customer quotes: [QUOTES]. Find the shared promise, then write an ad in the customers’ own vocabulary — their words, tightened.
